The automatic large pallet washing machine is suitable for cleaning large pallets with large volume and heavy weight. One machine can wash pallets of different sizes. The washing volume supports customization, 100-1000pcs/h.
The structure of the whole machine includes: automatic feeding system (cylinder lifting), cleaning system, temperature control system, transmission system, heating system(can customzie electric heating or steam heating type), filtering system, electric control system, and automatic discharging system.
The large pallet enters the cleaning machine through the automatic feeding system, and is sent to the high-pressure spray cleaning system through the conveyor belt. After cleaning, it is automatically output through the cylinder automatic discharging system. Machine material is SUS304. The tray is washed in a high-pressure hot water bath, which has a good degreasing effect and a cleaner effect.
