The baking pan washing machine adopts high temperature (>80℃) and high pressure (0.7-1.0Mpa), washes the container through four steps and sterilizes it, and then uses the high-efficiency air-drying system to quickly remove the surface water of the container and reduce the turnover time.
Four-step cleaning method: divided into spray pre-washing, high-pressure washing, spray rinsing, and spray cleaning. The first step is to pre-wash by means of high-flow spray, which is equivalent to soaking the containers, the second is to use high temperature to clean it and the third step is to further rinse the container with relatively clean circulating water. The fourth step is to use clean water to rinse the residual sewage on the surface of the container, and to cool the container after high temperature cleaning.And then use powerful fans to remove most of the water .The last step is use high temperature and powerful fan to dry the baking pan.
